Partnering with Carmen is Nancy Walrath, an interior designer from McLean, Virginia.  Her extensive list of commercial clients has included the Kreeger Museum, the National Gallery of Art,  and the Federal Reserve Headquarters.  Nancy has provided space planning and interior design services for retirement communities, healthcare facilities, and financial institutions, as well as many residential projects.  She has managed building and renovation projects in this region and across the country and taught interior design at the university level…  You know Carmen wouldn’t join forces with just anybody!

Combined with the 30+ years of gallery and framing experience that carmen's offers, we are able to provide a professional interior design resource whether you are remodeling, renovating, or anticipating new construction.

Color consultation services:  Are you tired of the same old blah colors in your home or office?  Do you need a bit of an updated look?  Let us help!  We are happy to, for an hourly charge, give you color suggestions that can change the overall feel of a room or your entire home.  Carmen recently rebuilt a Creole cottage in New Orleans and designed and decorated the little camelback from top to bottom.  It turned out so well that New Orleans Magazine is featured it (and her) in their magazine.  We're good with color.  Just call us!
